Crowns & bridges

Crowns

Sometimes existing fillings or cavities in teeth have become so large that there is not an option to refill it. In this case we can usually crown the remaining portion of tooth.

Bridges

In cases where there is a space, we can place a conventional bridge (a false tooth joined together by crowning teeth either side).

Sticky bridges can replace a space by attaching a wing from the false tooth to the back of a sound tooth.

Crowns and bridges are made by our dental technician colleagues in local laboratories, who work closely with us to achieve the best result.

As with all work sent outside of the practice, all have the British standards approval.  They are not made abroad.
